At Beyond Beauty Concept we pride ourselves on offering the best in customer care. Please make yourself aware of our policies, which have been designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for all guests.

AGE REQUIREMENT

​

Clients under the age of 18 must have parental consent.

BOOKING AND CHANGING APPOINTMENTS

​

You can book all appointments via our online portal, or by phone. A credit card, gift card or prepayment is required at the time of booking to hold all appointments. Please advise of changes or cancellations to the reservation 48 hours prior to your reservation via phone or email to info@beyondbeautyconcept.com. Respectfully, late cancellations or changes incur the full appointment fee.

ARRIVAL

​

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are late for an appointment we may need to shorten or cancel your treatment and the full scheduled appointment fee may still apply.

TREATMENT PREPARATION

​

Please arrive at your appointment with clean skin. We recommend that men shave the morning of their scheduled treatment.

COMFORT

​

Whether it’s the room temperature, position of the bed, conversation level, please notify us of any preferences. Our qualified therapists are trained to respect your comfort and privacy.

While in our venue, we ask that you kindly respect our staff, facilities, policies and the enjoyment of other guests. We operate a very positive, professional and loving environment.

STAFF

​

At Beyond Beauty Concept our therapist is certified in all respective services. You will always be treated by a caring, qualified professional. 

For any additional dietary requirements, allergies, conditions (including pregnancy) or disabilities not advised at the time of making the reservation, please contact us so we can assist in making the appropriate choices or modifications. While all care is taken, Beyond Beauty Concept can not guarantee any of our treatments (or catering) are completely free from traces of allergens, or appropriate for any medical condition. Please seek prior advice from your doctor or healthcare professional. Patients being treated for chronic medical conditions or cancer should provide a written clearance from their doctor.

Beyond Beauty Concept can refuse you treatment if we deem that any of your medical conditions may cause harm to you, our staff or other clients. You release Beyond Beauty Concept, its employees, agents and third party providers, from responsibility and liability for any death, injury, loss, delay, inconvenience or damage caused by the treatment, even if you provide Beyond Beauty Concept with a 'medical clearance' from a medical practitioner allowing the treatment, or if you misrepresent or fail to disclose to Beyond Beauty Concept your medical conditions or changes to your medical history prior to any treatment.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
