WHAT IS JET PLASMA?
Jet Plasma is the most advanced Plasma technology used to brighten and tighten skin, shrink pores and promote high levels of collagen regeneration. The Jet Plasma device was designed with Jet (J Plasma) and Cold Plasma for best results using a strong low atmospheric plasma temperature on the surface of the skin.
Jet Plasma is used for non-surgical facial treatments, acne treatment, anti-inflammation, skin
brightening, treatment of hyperpigmentation. Jet Plasma is suitable for all Fitzpatrick skin types!
Note: After treatment the skin channels are open so it's extremely beneficial to use products that will further improve the skin as they will penetrate deep below the epidermis which otherwise would not be possible without needle injection.
HOW DOES JET PLASMA WORK?
Jet Plasma is a handheld plasma pen device that uses a cooler atmospheric temperature, so it does not create surface trauma like traditional fibroblast plasma.
This extremely powerful device penetrates 13,000 volts of plasma through the epidermis, into the dermal and subcutaneous layers of the skin stimulating high levels of collagen and remodeling the cellular structure from the inside out.
When Jet Plasma is mixed with oxide oxygen, ozone is created which kills surface bacteria and is anti-inflammatory to aid in calming keratosis, eczema, and rosacea.
ZERO DOWNTIME!
Jet Plasma is a completely pain free treatment, which means no numbing is needed. During the treatment you may feel slight warmth in some areas. There are no significant side effects following a Jet Plasma treatment. You may have some slight redness and your skin may feel somewhat tight however, no visual recovery time is required after this treatment.
HOW LONG DO JET PLASMA RESULTS LAST?
How long the effect of the treatment lasts depends on the number of treatments, age, health, lifestyle choices, sun exposure, skin care routine etc. You’ll continue to age as you normally would and your skin will continue to extend and relax as part of the natural aging process. Every individual is unique. Typically, treatment results may last between 2-5 years. Like with most cosmetic treatments, a series is recommended for best results. For optimal results with Jet Plasma, we recommend a series of 4-8 treatments. While clients can notice improvement after a few sessions, it's essential to understand that the skin will continue to improve over the next 8-12 weeks as high levels of collagen regenerate. Jet Plasma can be used on any area of the face or body. Once you achieve your desired results, you can schedule maintenance treatments as needed.

WHAT IS THE AFTERCARE FOLLOWING A JET PLASMA TREATMENT?
Following your treatment, the channels created in the skin are open. Therefore, it is crucial to avoid applying any product on the skin other than what is recommended or applied by the provider for a period of 12 hours. No makeup can be worn after the treatment for 12 hours. It is also advised to avoid activities such as exercising, entering a sauna, swimming in a pool or ocean, or exposing the skin to steam for 12 hours following the treatment.
You may resume your normal activities and skin regimen 12 hours after your treatment and remember to wear SPF 40+.
CAN JET PLASMA BE PAIRED WITH OTHER TREATMENTS?
Jet Plasma is non-invasive, meaning that clients can receive certain other skincare treatments in conjunction with Jet Plasma. Ask your esthetician about pairing Jet Plasma with another treatment to achieve your ideal aesthetic goals. If you get Botox or Filler, you MUST wait 2 weeks after the injection before receiving a Jet Plasma treatment.
WHEN CAN YOU EXPECT RESULTS?
Clients may notice gradual improvement after each treatment.
After a series is completed the skin will continue to improve as high levels of collagen regenerate over the next 8-12 weeks.
